RTT®️ is an adaptable and solution-focused approach to therapy that has achieved phenomenal success in
addressing a wide range of issues, such as physical health issues, depression, anxiety, fears, phobias,
addictions, and weight management.

RTT®️ works by accessing the subconscious mind through hypnosis to uncover and reframe the root cause
of negative beliefs, behaviours, and habits. By addressing the root cause of the issue, instead of just
treating the symptoms, a client can experience profound, life-changing transformations in overcoming
their limiting beliefs and achieving their desired goals.

Absolutely. This is the foundation of my relationship with my clients. I deeply respect all my clients and
the work we do in our sessions. Because of this, I follow all legal and ethical guidelines around keeping
information safe and confidential.

Every detail we discuss during our sessions are securely stored in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Having said that, its important to know, that if I feel there is a significant risk of harm to you or to others,
I have a duty to breach that confidentiality in the interest of safety.

RTT®️ is entirely safe.
You start the process, or enter into hypnosis with a deep relaxation technique and this can feel different
for everyone. Some people feel a floating sensation, others feel heavy and grounded but most people
simply feel deeply relaxed and at ease.

You are in complete control throughout the session, you are fully aware of what is being discussed and
able to respond to all my questions.

Despite common misconceptions, in hypnosis, you have a heightened sense of awareness. Your body may
be deeply relaxed, but your subconscious is fully focused and aware.

Yes. Throughout your session you are fully aware of what is being discussed and how you are processing
the information. Because of this, you are easily able to recall all details once you come out of hypnosis.

This can be helpful, but what’s extraordinary about RTT®️ is that it uses your subconscious mind to find
the root cause of the beliefs that influence your feelings and behaviours.

Many times, clients who think they know the reason behind their issue, go back to totally unexpected
scenes which bring about far greater awareness and understanding. My advice would be to just relax and
trust that your subconscious mind will reveal precisely what you need to know and understand.

Addressing emotional issues can feel overwhelming. I understand this and will guide you through the
process, providing a space for you to feel safe and supported, whether working online or in person.
It’s important to express your emotions and work through them – this is what will ultimately lead to your
healing.

A session typically runs for 2 hours but can take up to 2.5 hours depending on what comes up.
I like to recommend allowing yourself a little extra time to avoid feeling rushed.

Despite being a relatively new therapy, RTT®️ has already successfully helped thousands of people. Having
said that, no professional, whether a doctor, lawyer, teacher, or therapist can ever 100% guarantee their
results.

Your commitment is also important. You must want to change, choose to change and be dedicated to
changing and the process ahead.

People experience change differently. Typically there are three types of change:
Immediate: Feeling a significant shift straight away
Cumulative: Noticing consistent shifts daily, gradually accumulating over time.
Retroactive: Changes may not be immediately evident, but on reflection you’ll notice how different your
beliefs and responses have become.

RTT®️ is an incredible therapy, providing powerful breakthroughs and rapid transformation. Most often
only one session is needed, however, on more deep-rooted issues I usually recommend up to three
sessions.

Many of my clients choose to do additional sessions to work on other areas of their life. For this reason, I
offer a 3-month package experience, offering ongoing support for clients who are truly committed to their
transformation journey.

Yes. RTT®️ is just as effective online as it is in person. I’ve had great success working with clients
worldwide through Zoom, consistently achieving the same positive results.

Many of my clients now prefer the comfort and convenience of an online session. They feel more
comfortable in their own home and are able to relax and reflect straight after a session rather than
having to drive home or use public transport.

Absolutely. Your personalised recording plays a vital role, contributing to approximately 30% of your
transformation.

This tailored audio is designed to reinforce and wire in the positive outcomes you desire.

For lasting results, consistency is key. You must listen daily for a minimum of 21 days.

Yes. It is not recommended for people with a history of psychosis to receive hypnotherapy.

If you have epilepsy, please consult with your doctor before booking a session. It is essential that the
severity of your condition be taken into account. Your safety and well-being remain top priority.

Yes, I request full payment before the session. However, should you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment, this can be arranged. Please call, email or message at least 48 hours prior to your session. Should this be adhered to, I will offer a full refund, excluding any therapy room fees (for in-person
sessions).

Your understanding is appreciated.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. I can accommodate flexibility up to 48 hours prior to your
session. Within this time frame, I will make every effort to fill your spot, allowing for rescheduling. However, if the spot cannot be filled, the session must be paid for as scheduled.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your session, there is a possibility that your appointment may be cancelled, depending on the day’s schedule with other clients. In such cases, the full fee will be charged. Hypnotherapy sessions are structured, and a delay of 10 minutes or more may not provide sufficient time to complete a session.
